How can you guarantee my rent?

Landlord works closely with corporate companies, Private tenants and other Government Institutions to meet various housing needs. Unlike many other companies offering similar services, we do not allow any DDS / social housing tenants and we are bound to tightly regulated commercial contracts which allow us to guarantee your rent.

Who deals with repairs?

The Tenant will have direct access to our Maintenance Division which operates 24h a day, any minor repairs will be carried out by us day or night at no cost to you.

What if there is a gap between tenant changes?

Our rent guarantee ensures full payment 52 weeks a year regardless of whether your property is vacant or not.

What happens if the tenant doesn’t pay?

Your guaranteed rent is totally independent of the Tenant’s circumstances, finances or ability to pay. Landlord does not collect rent from the Tenant therefore in this instance it makes no difference to us or your rental income.

What bills am I liable for?

Whilst your property remains occupied, you will not have to pay any council tax or utility bills.

What areas do you cover?

We are very selective of which homes we take on. Currently we offer our services in West London including; Camden, City of London, Kensington and Chelsea, Islington, Lambeth, Southwark, Westminster.

Also areas in EC and East London including; Shoreditch, Hoxton, Haggerston, Hackney, Whitechapel, Brick Lane
